The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. The breakfast and dinner provided at the hotel were both delicious and had a good variety of choices. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and shops. we enjoyed the free bike rentals offered by the hotel, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area.
Our room did not have a mini bar as advertised. When we asked about it, the hotel staff said we could have one but would have to pay an additional fee.

Spent Christmas with my partner, had a wonderful stay! Friendly staff and great food - We felt so welcomed here! The swimming pool was the cherry on top, we had so much fun at all the christmas parties hosted by the hotel. It is located so close to the beach and shops for all the christmas gifts. The entertainment by the staff was amazing, always keeping us laughing and smiling.
The minibar in our room was not clear. We were told the minibar was extra - which is okay - but it would have been great if they had communicated this properly earlier.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus station and also in the beautiful mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.
